Dropped just yesterday, "Metamorphosis" is the latest track from me and G-Wizz, The Slayer. It's something we've been building toward for a minute-a raw, dark piece that marks a new chapter for both of us.
This one is about change. About burying what used to be and stepping into whatever comes next, no matter how ugly or powerful that transformation looks. The track hits on themes of pain, isolation, and evolution-the kind of shift that doesn't ask for permission.
"Shed my skin, now I rise from the grave
No remorse, no soul left to save"
I wrote those lines thinking about what it means to completely let go of an older version of yourself. We all carry scars, but sometimes you have to burn the whole thing down to start again. That's what this track is.
G-Wizz set the tone early with some of his coldest and most cinematic production yet-dark, slow-burning, and deliberate. His verse matches that same weight. When it came time for me to jump in, I knew I had to bring something that felt real. No filler. Just sharp energy and truth.
We didn't write "Metamorphosis" to chase a sound or follow a trend. It came from real places-pain, change, and the kind of inner shift you don't always come back from the same.
If you've ever had to rebuild yourself from the ground up, I think this one will hit home.
